Board of Directors 2009-2010 President -- Elli Lobach Elli Lobach is a second year graduate student in the MDesS Real Estate and Project Management program. Upon graduation she will join the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) in their Project Management Program. Previously she worked with AvalonBay Communities in their Boston-based development group. Read more >>  Vice President -- Craig Young Craig Young is a first year student at Harvard Business School. He is an active member of the HBS Real Estate Club and has specific career interests in real estate development and finance. Prior to business school Craig worked for The Ballast Point Group, a real estate development company focused on multifamily, retail, hospitality, and industrial projects throughout the southeast United States. He is currently a MDesS candidate in Real Estate Investment and he has completed his Master’s Degree in Management. Evan has extensive experience in real estate, private equity and securitizations. Read more >>  Treasurer -- Jude Alkhalil Jude Al-Khalil is a first year student at Harvard Business School. She is a member of the Real Estate Club and serves as Assistant Speaker Director. Prior to graduate school, she worked for the Prescott Group managing both real estate investment and asset management activities as well as investment banking and financial advisory assignments. Last summer, she worked for Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and this summer she will be working in Leveraged Finance and Restructuring at UBS. During the past two summers Matt has accrued a wide range of real estate experience through working at Belgravia Group and Ascendance Partners (a subsidiary of Transwestern); both residential development firms are located in Chicago. In addition to his involvement in the Harvard Student Real Estate Consortium, he is a board member and treasurer of the HLS Real Estate Association and a senior editor on the Harvard Negotiation Law Review. Read more >>  Membership Director -- Adam Virgadamo Adam Virgadamo is a member of the class of 2011 at Harvard Law School and co-chair of the school’s Real Estate Association. Prior to matriculating at HLS, Adam attended Harvard College where he graduated with a degree in economics. While at Harvard College, Adam joined Broadway Realty Partners - a Boston area brokerage firm focused on rentals, sales and management, and has worked as the firm’s manager since 2007. Prior to graduate school, Milena worked as an Analyst in International Operations at Edward Jones. She has also been involved in her family real estate business.
