Welcome to the Harvard Student Real Estate Consortium

The Harvard Student Real Estate Consortium (HSREC) is an officially recognized university-wide student organization founded by members representing all the Harvard real estate clubs. HSREC is supported by the Harvard Real Estate Academic Intiative (REAI), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Harvard alumni. We aim to strenghten the relationship between faculty, students, alumni, and practitioners interested in development issues. HSREC provides a forum for ongoing dialogue with leading experts and professionals.

Formed in 2004, the Harvard College Real Estate Club is an undergraduate student organization at Harvard College. We strive to provide resources for undergraduates to expand their knowledge of real estate.
Harvard Graduate School of Design

The Harvard Real Estate Development club (RED) at the GSD is a student group for members interested in real estate and urban development issues. The GSD is also home to masters degree programs in real estate, urban planning, and more.
Harvard Business School

The HBS Real Estate Club seeks to expand students' knowledge of the real estate industry. The club provides career advice and opportunities through the resources of current students, HBS alumni, and contacts in the industry.

The Harvard Law School Real Estate Association is a student organization whose mission is to foster student and faculty interest and discussion in matters relating to real estate law, finance, and development.
Harvard Kennedy School

HKS focuses on exploring the relationships between real estate, government policy, and economic and demographic trends. Students of HKS may go on to careers in the public or private sector where they help create real estate policies and strategies.
Harvard Extension School

Students at the Harvard Extension School come from a variety of backgrounds in real estate. Our mission is to further our knowledge of real estate and learn from the knowledge of students at other schools to expand our interdisciplinary understanding.
